Since then she has attended massage courses at Watpo Thai Traditional Medical and Ayuravate Association in 2011, the Union of Thai Traditional Medicine Society in 2015, and Arizona School of Integrated Studies (ASIS) in 2019/2020 where she completed 800 hours of hands on training.
The core benefits of massages are widely accepted to include reduced stress, increased energy, flexibility, enhanced ability to absorb nutrition, improving circulation and range of motion. The practice has a relaxing and calming effect, balancing the nervous system, reducing/relieving pain and muscle tension, and enhancing the elimination of waste and toxic debris from daily physical, mental, and emotional strain.
