In addition to full-service interior and exterior residential and commercial painting, R&D Paint Works has expertise in: Interior and Exterior Wood Finishes (Stains, Sealers, Oils and Treatments); Faux Finishes, Venetian Plasters, Glazes, 3D Stencils, Metal Patinas and Clear Coatings; Non-Acid Concrete Staining, Concrete Epoxies, Metallic Epoxies (for one of a kind look floors), Concrete Sealing; Kool Deck® pool and patio deck recoating; Professional Pressure Washing; Elastomeric Roof Coatings; Drywall and Stucco Repairs; Construction Cleaning (During and After) and Detail Cleaning. We do not mark up materials. Contractor and volume discounts are passed on to our customers. We always provide free written estimates, and 10% discounts on labor for seniors (60 yrs and older) and the military (active/reserve/retired w/military ID). For large residential and commercial jobs, if a certificate of insurance is requested or required, we can have one mailed or faxed directly from our carrier.
