- REFUND POLICY. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, semi-annual or yearly basis (depending on your selected billing preference) so we cannot provide any refunds for fees related to Hometown Project accounts and add-ons. We will, however, issue credits for any add-ons to downgraded monthly accounts, equivalent to the prorated prepaid fees of those add-ons on the date of the cancellation. These credits are non-refundable, but can be used against the purchase of any future Hometown Project services. Semi or annual billing is a commitment allowing you to pay one discounted and non-refundable payment rather than monthly payments for Hometown Project plans. If you have purchased a trial subscription, you may cancel your account after your trial period is completed otherwise it will renew automatically.
