The Final Judgment and Order settles allegations that Morrison was in violation of the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct. Under the terms of the Final Judgment and Order, Morrison is suspended from the practice of law in Arizona for 30 days, effective May 10, 2023, be placed on probation for 2 years, and pay the costs and expenses of the State Bar of Arizona in the amount of $2,000.00.
