  On September 15, 2023, BBB requested Healthy Lifestyles to modify, substantiate, or discontinue claims made on their website (https://www.buyinjectablehgh.com/) that read, ”We Sell The Best HGH Injections Online”, ”…authentic FDA approved injectable HGH Human Growth Hormone.”, ”achieve your goals for weight loss, muscle gain, or simply live a healthier lifestyle by reversing the aging process.”, ”Get Better Health with the Best HGH Injections”, ”Human growth hormone replacement therapy with the best HGH injections for weight loss has been proven to be an actual treatment for those who suffer from any short-term or long-term pituitary disorders.”, “Benefits for Women: Improved kidney function, Partial Hair regrowth, Resistance to disease, Removes Wrinkle, Lowers blood pressure, Reverses menopause, Improves frame of mind, Decreases cholesterol count, Quicker healing from injuries, Improved sexual performance, Better sleep at nights, Improves overall Mood, Increased body healing”, “Benefits for Men: Increased memory retention, Stronger bone density, Reduces stress levels, Improves eye sight, Balances all hormones, Better sense of well being, Get Leaner muscles, Burns more fat, Improves the immune system, Improves exercise performance, Much Higher energy levels, Eliminates alot of cellulite, Improves cardiac output”, and ”We provide the Best Human Growth Hormone for Aging”. Advertisers must be prepared to substantiate such claims per BBB's Code of Advertising. 
  
  BBB’s Code of Advertising Section 34 states, Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data. Additionally, BBB’s Code of Advertising Section 29 states, Expressions of opinion or personal evaluation of the intangible qualities of a product or service are likely to be considered puffery. Such claims are not subject to the test of truth and accuracy and would not need substantiation. 29.2 Puffery may include statements such as “best food in the world” and “we try harder” as well as other individual opinions, statements of corporate pride, exaggerations, blustering and boasting statements upon which no reasonable buyer would be justified in relying. Puffery also includes general claims of superiority over comparable products that are so vague that it can be understood as nothing more than a mere expression of opinion.
  
  On September 22, 2023, the business emailed BBB stating they do not have any scientific studies and all health claims are based on the book "Grow Young with HGH" by Dr Ronald Klatz. BBB and the business discussed the business' advertisements from November 22, 2023 through November 29, 2023, via phone calls and emails. Later, business informed BBB that they are going to leave the advertisement as is.
  
  As of November 30, 2023, the business disregarded BBB's request to self-regulate according to BBB's Code of Advertising.
