Refund and Exchange Policy
Starter Kit Buy-Back Program  ? Within 14 days: Any new Stylists who return their Starter Kit and all products purchased from My Amelia James within 14 days after delivery of the Starter Kit will receive a 100% refund on their Starter Kit products that are unused and in resalable condition.  The Stylist must pay the return freight charges. ? Within one year: Upon cancellation of the Agreement, the Stylist may return all products purchased within one (1) year from the date of cancellation for a refund if she or he is unable to sell or use the merchandise. A Stylist may only return products she or he personally purchased from the Company and which are in Resalable Condition (unused and in their original packaging). Upon My Amelia James’s receipt of the products and sales aids, the Stylist will be reimbursed ninety percent (90%) of the net cost of the original product purchase price. A ten percent (10%) restocking fee will apply.   
 
A. Stylists are responsible for return shipping costs and must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from My Amelia James. 
 
B. A Stylist who is a recipient of a damaged or incorrect order must notify My Amelia James within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order and follow the return process detailed below. 
 
C. Notes:  ? All products must be returned within thirty (30) days following resignation to be eligible for buy back.  ? Any Stylist who resigns and returns products must wait a period of six months before they are eligible to submit a new My Amelia James Stylist Agreement.  ? All items being returned must be placed back in their original packaging with NO modifications to the material/labeling. 
 
Customer Returns   A. It is the responsibility of all Stylists to handle returns from customers.   If a customer returns a damaged or defective product to a Stylist, the Stylist has the option to destroy the product and take the loss as a business expense or use the picture return process for a partial refund.   
 
B. Once a return is “processed” by My Amelia James, the Stylist will be issued a clothing credit for 50% of the amount the Stylist paid for the product.  The following rules apply for this clothing credit: ? Returns will only be accepted within 90 days (3 months) from the date the Stylist purchased the product from My Amelia James.

? Only products purchased by the Stylist from My Amelia James are eligible for a clothing credit.  ? The Stylist must contact Stylist Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the damaged product. ? The Stylist is responsible for sending a picture of the damaged product to Stylist Support as well as item number and date purchased   ? Once the product picture is received and an RMA is issued, the Stylist’s account will receive a clothing credit for 50% of the Stylist purchase price of the product.  Return Process  A. All returns, by a Stylist, must be made as follows:  ? Contact Stylist Support and obtain a RMA from My Amelia James;  ? If returning a Starter Kit, Stylist is responsible for shipping charges. ? If returning damaged product(s), submit pictures of the damaged product(s) clearly showing the damage. ? When the Company deems necessary, damaged products may need to be physically returned to the Company.  Stylist will be responsible for shipping charges of the returned products. 
 
B. The return of $300 or more (Stylist cost) of damaged products from customers within a calendar year, by a Stylist, may constitute grounds for involuntary termination.
