Charges filed allege Alexandra Gehrke is in violation of state law prohibiting various counts of conspiracy, health care fraud, receiving kickbacks, and money laundering in connection with an alleged scheme to fraudulently bill Medicare for unnecessary and expensive amniotic allografts performed on the elderly.
