Welcome to Conxion. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, facilities, and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Personal Training: Customized fitness programs designed to meet individual goals. Sessions are by appointment only.
Massage Therapy: Therapeutic massage services aimed at promoting relaxation and wellbeing.
Yoga Classes: Group and private yoga sessions catering to various skill levels.
Room Rentals: Rental spaces available for wellness related activities and events.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years or older. Minors may access our services under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who must consent to these Terms on their behalf.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Scheduling: Appointments for personal training, massage, and yoga sessions must be booked in advance. Room rentals require prior reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or rental time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service or rental fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for an appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full session fee will still apply.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms. Payments for all services are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for unused services, including missed appointments or classes. In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, credits for future use may be offered at the discretion of the management.
Packages and Memberships: Prepaid packages and memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Health and Safety

Property Damage: Clients are responsible for any damage to the Center’s property caused by misuse or negligence. You may be charged for repair or replacement costs.
7. Room Rentals
Booking Requirements: Room rentals are available for activities consistent with the Center’s holistic and wellness focused mission. All rentals must be approved by management.
Usage Guidelines: Renters are responsible for setting up and cleaning the space after use. The Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Insurance: Renters may be required to provide proof of liability insurance depending on the nature of the event or activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
ConXion is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in any activity or the use of any equipment.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through other communication methods. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
