BBB has received information that rental car agreements/quotes are raised and not honored upon vehicle pick up or drop off from Phoenix Car Rental which may result in unauthorized credit/debit card charges. BBB contacted Phoenix Car rental regarding current business practices and requested the business to provide documentation of their deposit and refund policies. The business did not respond.
