On November 16th 2018, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals, LLC and its members Paul Scherer and Tristan Lloyd were issued a cease and desist order. The Order settles allegations that the business violated state law by engaging in real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules. Under terms of the order, the business must cease and desist the above violation.
This action is final.
