Any orders placed within these addresses will not be accepted.For international customers, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis. Pleasecall our customer service line at 888-424-7528 to discuss your needs and we will doour best to accommodate you.Return PolicyRightway Nutrition may only accept returns of merchandise that are purchaseddirectly from RightwayNutrition.com, and only when all of the following conditionsare met:1. The merchandise must be received by Rightway Nutrition within 30 days ofyour purchase. No returns will be accepted after this time period.2. You must provide your order number as received when your order wasplaced through the site.3. Dietary supplements and other consumable product returns will only beaccepted if it was purchased directly through RightwayNutrition.com, andonly if less than 75% of the product is unused.If you need to make a return, please call us during our business hours (9-5 MST,Monday-Friday) before sending the merchandise back. You will be asked to provideyour order number given to you after you placed an order on the site. Once we havedetermined that your merchandise is eligible for return, you will be issued a ReturnAuthorization number and given instructions on how to complete the rest of thereturn process.All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit cardstatement.Damaged, Lost or Stolen MerchandiseWe make every effort to safely ship your order, but on rare occasion merchandisecan be damaged in transit.
