On December 15, 2020, Cari McConeghy Nolan entered into a Final Judgment and Order with the State Bar of Arizona. The Order settles allegations that Cari Nolan failed to timely file the petition for review, made factual misrepresentations in her firm's accounting, which was reconstructed after conclusion of the representation. The accounting also contained inaccurate and pejorative comments about the client. These are in violation of Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct 42, ERs 1.3 diligence, 1.4 communication, 1.16(a)(2) declining or terminating representation, and 8.4(c) conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation. Under terms of the order, Cari Nolan is suspended from the practice of law for ninety days, placed on probation for a period of 2 years, and pay the costs and expenses of the State Bar of Arizona in the amount of $2,428.37.
On March 26, 2021, Cari McConeghy Nolan's Bar license was reinstated and placed on probation for 2 years.
