Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns
Ourpolicy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase,unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns due to nofault by Home Court Volleyball will be subject to a 15% total invoice fee andreturn shipping cost paid by customer on all new and unused items within 30days of purchase date.  After 30 days a25% restocking fee applies. No returns accepted after 60 days from purchasedate.

Tobe eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditionthat you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Severaltypes of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom manufactured goods suchas non-stock net sizes, banners, Velcro net tapes or any custom made nonstocking product cannot be returned.

Tocomplete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Thereare certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted.
Productswith obvious signs of use and/or would require cleaning be resold as used.
Anyitem not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons notdue to our error
Anyitem that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.

Refunds
Onceyour return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify youthat we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of theapproval or rejection of your refund.
Ifyou are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit willautomatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,within a certain amount of days.

Lateor missing refunds
Ifyou haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Thencontact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund isofficially posted.
Nextcontact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund isposted.

Saleitems
Onlyregular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot berefunded.

Exchanges
Weonly replace items if they are defective or damaged do to our fault.  If you need to exchange it for a differentitem, send us an email first at usl4335@gmail.com with your request.

Gifts
Ifthe item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returneditem is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Ifthe item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had theorder shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to thegift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
Toreturn your product, you should mail your product to: Home Court Volleyball,4335 N Santa Fe Dr, Kingman, AZ  86401-4501

Youwill be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning youritem. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost ofreturn shipping will be deducted from your refund if Home Court supplies you areturn label.

Dependingon where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reachyou, may vary.

Ifyou are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackableshipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that wewill receive your returned item.
