- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Fill out a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM within 30 days of receiving your shipment. You will be advised of an RA number and return address within 24 hours of your request.Ship return items to address given and be sure to include the RA number (we recommend using a traceable method, for your protection).Once your return is received and inspected by Baby’s Own Room, a refund will be processed (less restocking fee and any rebates received) and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 7 days. Please allow additional time for your credit card company to post the credit to your account. All returns need to be received and processed within 30 days of purchase.
As soon as you receive your packages, inspect all items to ensure they meet your expectations and if you don’t “Love It,” Send It Back for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee and less any rebates received.
Returned items must be in new & unused condition (never been used) and in original packaging with all materials intact. Items in any other condition are not valid for a refund.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for your protection. We are not responsible for damaged or lost return packages and credits will not be given for lost or return packages.
Orders returned without an RA number or sent to the wrong address will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Return Exceptions: No returns on items shipped outside the USA.Opened wallpaper borders and wall decals are not valid for refunds.
30% restocking fee applies to all returned Crib Conversion Kits and Cribs.
Damaged or Defective Products. All of our manufacturers stand behind their products and warrant them to be free of defects. If you believe you have received a defective product, please Contact Us within 7 days of the date you receive your order and we will arrange for you to receive a replacement of the defective product.If you have any questions or issues with the product please do not hesitate to Contact Us. - Business Categories
