In an attempt to obtain basic information about the company and its business practices BBB contacted the company via email requesting the following information; the state in which the company is registered as a Limited Liability Company, names of all principles involved with the company and their positions, the physical location of the company, the names of two attorneys and the states in which they are licensed that work on behalf of the company, and a copy of their commission schedule. As of March 8, 2018, BBB has not received a response.
