Consumers have also complained of difficulty reaching the business via telephone and/or email to discuss the status of their orders. Some consumers have stated that upon contacting the business they were provided information that orders would be coming, but they never arrived. BBB has notified the business on April 7 concerning the pattern of complaints and has requested a response.
