Rednpa.com is an online retailer that advertises the sale of vacuums and carpet cleaning equipment. The business's website claims an address in Dothan, AL. That address is for a small, residential apartment complex and there is no history of this business or the listed manager residing at that location. The phone number listed on the website's domain registration is a "text mail subscriber" number and did not have the option to leave a message. To date, BBB has not received a returned call from this number.
When a consumer makes a purchase from this website, the payment is immediately collected. Once a tracking number is given to the consumer, it is either phony or for an item that is of much less value than the item the consumer believed they were purchasing.
