          The BBB of Saskatchewan conducted an investigation into Luxury Aesthetics and found that there is a pattern of unanswered complaints concerning service issues, customer service issues and refund or exchange issues. BBB also found Luxury Aesthetics is not registered with Information Services Corp (ISC) or licensed with the City of Regina. On May 19, 2021 BBB gave Luxury Aesthetics an opportunity to address the pattern of complaints but did not receive a response.
