- Mentor Media has advised the BBB that the telemarketing calls are directed with intent to decision-makers in each business solicited, so as to be speaking with individuals authorized to approve a listing order and subsequent invoicing. Mentor Media has advised the BBB that they subsequently call back to each solicited business to confirm that the individual committing to the order has the authority to commit the business prior to issuing an invoice.
Mentor Media advises the BBB that they encourage their customers to contact their office directly with any concerns that a business might have with the invoice for services provided. On receiving those calls they will attempt to allay the concerns expressed. If a customer refuses to accept or pay for a confirmed service Mentor Media offers to cancel the service and credit the invoice. When a customer requests closure of an account or directory listing Mentor Media provides confirmation in writing to that effect and indicates that any future requests for service will not be accepted unless provided in writing. - Business Categories
