BBB files indicate that the business has a pattern of complaint pertaining to delivery issues and product issues.
Consumers allege failure to deliver packages or if they do, are either missing part of the order, damaged product or the products are of poor quality.
On December 17, 2020 BBB notified Grandma’s Gift Shop of its concerns and request the company’s voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaints.
As of today, the business has not responded to BBBs request for remedial action.
