- Additional Info:All of our installers are FIT (fenestration installation technician) certified and undergo 2000 hrs of hands on training prior to being able to get their certification. We have a very strict mandate that all our employees keep all other training and courses up to date at the expense of the company.
These items include things such as WHMIS, Working from Heights, Scaffold and Ladder Safety, Hazardous Material Handling, Asbestos Awareness Training, Confined Space Training, Back Safety, Slips, Trips and Falls, Construction Safety as well as Aerial Lift and Platform Safety. Also, Sean, who is the supervisor on our crews, has undergone Supervisor Due Diligence Training and our crews have also taken their Victim and Harassment in the Workplace Training.
