"Jose here from Canada Computers. Thanks for reaching out and our apologies for the delay in our responses.

Just like everyone else in the industry, we are also affected by the on- going pandemic, as our supply chains with partner manufacturers and shipments with partner couriers are disrupted. I have previously sent an email notice to ******@mwco.bbb.org that our responses may be delayed and to my understanding we were given 40 days or another flexible extension under these circumstances. We are also working on some strategies to maximize our resources and available manpower during this difficult time. However, we value and give importance to the dead line you set as a partner in maintaining customer satisfaction among the general public.

I have informed our Corporate Management regarding this matter and we will get back to you promptly to address these concerns and outline our plan of action to improve our business operation and communication with customers under the "new normal". We will review the form you sent together and will let you know which will be the best way to express our commitment to a prompt and proper resolution."
