There is no cost to change your reservation to other dates within the same season.
In the unfortunate event that you are unable to keep your reservation for whatever reason, you need to notify us in writing with your confirmation number and also receive an acknowledgment from us that confirms the change. Simply send an email to Barbara@relaxseaside.com
We ask you to be aware that we offer only four rooms for guests. We do maintain a waiting list but late cancellations can leave us without guests to relaxseaside.
During the High Season a cancellation confirmed more than 28 days before arrival date is refunded less a fee of $25.
A cancellation confirmed less than 28 days before arrival date is refunded less a fee equivalent to your first night's stay.
A cancellation confirmed less than 14 days before arrival date is not refunded unless the full booking is re-sold.
Simply not show up -- You miss out on staying seaside and still pay 100% of invoice.
Your acceptance and approval of the above is required when making a reservation.
We recommend that you consider travel insurance for your trip.
We will of course provide documentary evidence of these charges for travel insurance purposes, if requested.
