BBB also asked the company to clarify the statements about their location. They advertise 'Our indoor skating rink is conveniently located in the central part of Surrey, and can be used all year round offering learn to skate and figure skating lessons during Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall seasons when we have scheduled skating programs.' but they also claim, 'Find the time and place you want to have your skating lessons. This can be anywhere; at a public skating rink, an outdoor rink or an artificial ice surface in your basement. Check your local skating rinks for the times and locations public skating is offered near you.'
