Mr. Sader committed professional misconduct when he failed to ensure that the business of the brokerage was carried out competently and in accordance with the Real Estate Services Act, when he:
failed to ensure that a licensee did not provide real estate services during the term of her suspension, and
failed to ensure that another licensee, who was licensed in relation with another brokerage, was not providing real estate services through Haven Properties.

Result
Mr. Sader is reprimanded and must pay a discipline penalty in the amount of $10,000 to RECBC.
Mr. Sader must pay enforcement expenses of $1,500 to RECBC.
Mr. Sader, at his own expense, must register for and successfully complete the Broker's Remedial Education Course.
