On December 12, 2017 the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) issued a Notice of Referral to Rajesh Randev and Prowest Immigration Services.
This notice was issued due to a complaint received by ICCRC that alleged that that a failing in member obligations occurred.
Specifically that the member failed in their Duty of Good Faith, Maintenance of Good Service, and failed to provide the Honesty and Candor Required.
