- Tracking says the parcel has been delivered, but the consumers haven’t received it.
- Refused to deliver to the certain spot.
- Parcels are not delivered for no reason.
- Throw a parcel at the door.
Customer Service Issue
- The website does not have the contact phone number.
- The office is empty when the consumer goes to the address for a pick up.
- No update from the business or no response. Emails are bounced back as the mailbox is full.
- Consumers call the business but no one answers.
- Delivery guy is rude and aggressive to the consumer.
