            The service was terrible. Actual charge was 150% above the original estimation / quotation. They used 8 hours to move from a town house to an apartment in Richmond, which is unreasonably high. Service performance was bad. My bed (queen size) was dismantled during the move but it was not properly fixed after move (screws were not properly tightened and some were missing). It customer services was bad because my complain was not properly taken care of.
