Cancellations
Cancellations will only be processed up until the point the product has shipped. Please reach out to our sales team if you wish to cancel. Please do not complete a returns form.
Please note that some special-orders and backorders cannot be cancelled if the product has already left the manufacturer and is on route to Canada.
Returns
Should you wish to return your product for any reason, please complete our returns form, found in the header of our website, or linked here.
Some items may be exempt from being returned at the discretion of TPS. These include electrical components, clearance Items, and some special-order parts.
TPS reserves the right to withhold any/all costs of shipping, restocking fees, or special-order fees incurred during the transaction from the return/refund. The only exclusion to this will be if an incorrect item (relative to what was ordered) is shipped to the customer.
While TPS provides tools and data to aid in the shopping experience, it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm product fitment.
TPS reserves the right to deny return requests 30 days after the product has shipped.
Refunds
Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed and inspected. Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for this refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be offered when the buyer receives a damaged product. If a return of the product is required, TPS will ship out a second product as soon as confirmation is received that the damaged product has been picked up.
Exchanges will not be offered for any other reason.
Shipping
To return your product, please complete our return form and await instructions. Items shipped to us without this process being completed will not be credited.
