- We have a hassle free 48 hours cancellation policy unless otherwise listed on your confirmation document. Just call us at least 48 hours prior to your tour to cancel (or reschedule) and receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Unfortunately any cancellations or changes received within 48 hoursof your tour, late-comers or no-shows, will not be rescheduled orrefunded.
Group bookings of 9 or more guests, as well as custom and private bookings have a 7 day cancellation period. Some custom groups have a longer cancellation periods. You will be informed if this is the case.
Accommodation/backcountry cancellation or changes require 30 days notice without penalty.
We or the supplier reserve the right to cancel tours or changelocation due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of acancellation on our part you will be refunded by Discover Banff Tours.
