Furthermore, BBB noted that the business’s website at https://thermodetectusa.com/ also includes a statement that reads, “Proud supplier to these great American institutions:” followed by the logos of several universities and organizations including Cornell University, Stanford University, New York University, and the National Hockey League. BBB requested substantiating documentation that these entities ordered products from the business and that FFC Distribution, LLC has express permission to display these trademarks on their website.
This website also displays the logo of the FDA, implying that their products are FDA approved or cleared for use as a medical device. BBB requested substantiation for this implied approval.
