BBB received a significant volume of complaints against this business in a short timespan. This influx of complaints prompted an internal investigation of the business’s practices. Based on BBB’s review, it appears this business operates a website that provides documents for consumers to change their addresses. BBB sent correspondence to the business by email and postal mail on February 4, 2021 and February 18, 2021. Our letters requested the following:

• Information concerning where the business is physically located. BBB currently lists addresses of 30 N Gould St Ste. 4004, Sheridan, WY 82801. BBB understands that this address is a commercial registered agent’s location and typically not a physical place of business.
• A list of all websites the business operates.
• Information concerning the business’s structure and all related dba’s and services offered to the public.
• Information concerning the names and contact details for the owners and officers of the business.
• Samples of customer contracts, agreements or documents requiring customer signatures.
• Explanation of their cancellation and refund policy.

The business did not respond to BBB regarding these requests.

BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints. The majority of complainants report being misled to believe they were processing a change of address request on an official U.S. government website. Consumers also allege being charged up to $80.00 USD for this service without first being notified of the cost.

Complainants also report general customer service issues such as difficulties reaching business representatives and being denied refunds despite advertising on the business’s website that states, “All sales are guaranteed and a no-questions-asked refund is available if you are not satisfied with your order.”
