          In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint and waste produced by reverse shipping, we no longer accept returns of any product. We encourage our customers to ask questions, read item descriptions, ingredients, and to verify that their information is correct prior to shipping.
          Incorrect,  Damaged, or Lost Goods
          If we have shipped the incorrect products to you by mistake, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the items and we will ship the correct items free of charge.
          For damaged product, please keep all items and shipping packaging and take a photo. When contacting us, please provide the photo and we will respond promptly.
          We are not responsible for missing packages where shipping was entered incorrectly or lost or damaged in transport.
          Failure to contact us within the 3-day timeline voids all responsibility we may have had.
