BBB has received multiple complaints from consumers who purchased tickets for performances that were canceled because of COVID-19 and have not received a refund. To date, BBB has not received responses to the complaints.
According to the company's website on 11/5/20:
"The Palace Theater remains closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will be announcing our reopening, along with our 2021 season in the next few weeks. We continue to work on rescheduling shows. Anyone with upcoming tickets will be issued a credit, and once it’s safe to return to work, we will be happy to reschedule your reservation. Please do not call the ticket office as phones will be off."

BBB also recommends that if you purchased tickets for a canceled performance with a credit card and are requesting a refund, you can dispute the charges with your credit card company.
