          On July 17, 2015, the Wedding Faktory supplied information to BBB regarding the company's structure, contact information, and business offerings. After a BBB investigation into the company's business offerings, the BBB requested further voluntary clarification from the company regarding its services offered in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Nashville, as well as photographic services in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. 

          Specifically, BBB asked the company what the addresses and phone numbers for these locations were, what the names of the photographers, DJs, and/or videographers in the areas were, and whether or not Mr. Pechacek was the owner of those locations.

          Mr. Pechacek emailed BBB on August 7, 2015, asking for BBBs rationale to the questions, but declined to provide answers to the questions asked.
