The BBB Serving Wisconsin believes that this company's name is being fraudulently used in an advanced fee loan scam in which consumers are asked to purchase gift cards as a form of income verification. In a written statement, USA Payday Loans tells the BBB, "We do not require and will never request any type of payment prior to and/or as a stipulation for loan approval. In addition we do not do any internet lending. All loans are handled at our brick and mortar locations." Click here for more information about how advanced fee loan scams work.
If you feel that you are a victim of an advanced fee loan scam, please contact the FBI's Internet Crimes Complaint Center, www.ic3.gov and/or Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at www.consumerfinance.gov. Please make sure you give them the correct website that you used to apply for the loan.
