Sept 2021: BBB believes this company is impersonating a legitimate company, Houlihan Construction, in Neenah, Wis., and operating an employment scam. This "company" first came to BBB's attention after a consumer told BBB he was hired by this "company" as a data entry clerk and was asked to help pay new employees by receiving checks via FedEx, depositing them into his personal bank account, and then distribute the funds to the bank accounts of "new employees". The checks he received were fake, and he had to repay his bank for the money he withdrew against the deposited checks. He lost $31,500.
