Calling the phone number on the site, (833) 518-6484 we were connected with "First Class Customer Service", located in San Jose, Costa Rica, according to the representative, "Louis" on 11/10/20. Louis also confirmed that there is no location in Wisconsin (though he could not tell us why the website goodlivingmatters.com had it listed on the site or what was actually located there). He told BBB that First Class Customer Service is a third party customer service business for websites/companies for which he would not name.
