Additional Info
According to information obtained by BBB, Licensed naturopathic physicians must fulfill state mandated continuing education requirements each year and have a specific scope of practice identified by state law. As of 9/24/15 Wisconsin is not one of the states which mandates. Furthermore, BBB has found information stating that Naturopathic doctors (N.D.) take a structured, 4-year program to earn their degree. There are correspondence courses that offer naturopathic degrees. To check that a naturopathic doctor has graduated from a residential program approved by the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) visit this website: www.naturopathic.org.
