A BBB investigation has found that Chakrayama LLC was a yoga studio in Big Bend, Wisconsin that is permanently closed and was administratively dissolved in 2018. However, the website, www.chakrayama.com, was created in November 2021. BBB believes someone is using the name and address of this closed business for an online shopping scam. Consumers report that they saw advertisements on social media for a "going out of business" sale. They report that they ordered jewelry from this company for a nominal fee, but then discovered unauthorized charges on their credit card. Please note: BBB pending complaints will not appear in a company's BBB profile until they are closed.
If you ordered merchandise from this company and did not receive it, or had unauthorized charges on your credit card, please file a complaint below. In addition, you should file a dispute with your credit card company. CLICK HERE for more online shopping tips.
