          On June 10, 2022, the following charges were filed against Fostina Uelmen, Owner of Frosty's Fosters Animal Rescue, Inc;

          Intent. Fail/Provide Food for Animal

          Intent. Imp. Animal Shelter-Ventilation

          Intentionally Imp.Animal Shelter Space

          Intention. Imp.Animal Shelter-Sanitation

          All are classified as misdemeanors.

          On July 19, 2023 Uelmen was found guilty due to no contest plea of Intentionally Imp. Animal Shelter Space.  All other charges where dismissed but read in.
