Refund and Exchange Policy
Float Light does all it can to remind our guests of appointments by email, SMS text, and by phone prior to appointment times. Although we must consider situations when appointments fail to contact us within an appropriate time frame, these appointments will be marked as redeemed services, charged and treated like a normally scheduled appointment. So please be on time and give us at least one days notice if you need to cancel, reschedule or modify your appointment for any reason. Please respect our time as we will always respect yours!
First Time Float Sessions: Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled float session allowing time to check in and become oriented with the process of floating. Arriving late may result in a shorted float session and can result in a less effective experience. Float sessions are scheduled to accommodate the needs of all of our guests, if you feel you need additional time please contact us for additional options.
Returning Float Sessions: Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment allowing time to check in and prepare for your float session.
Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited appointment, as we can not adversely affect other customers. Appointments that are 5 or more minutes late and have not called, may result in forfeiture without credit.
Appointment Scheduling: Our booking system requires a credit or debit card number on file in order to hold reservations. Your card is not used to purchase your float session, it simply secures your reservation. Upon arrival and check in, alternative forms of payment may be used.
Appointment Cancellation or Reschedule: Float Light services are reserved especially for you. Appointments are required to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to that scheduled appointment to avoid being charged. In the event an appointment cancels the day of the scheduled appointment, 100% of the full price of service may be charged to the credit card used to secure the appointment time.
No Call, No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the full price of services scheduled. Appointments scheduled with a certificate, gift card, package or membership, will be marked redeemed up to the total of 100% of the full price of the service.
