Specifically, a promotional mailer that was sent out on June 6, 2021, called, “Play the 25k cash game." BBB is concerned with the sweepstakes offer layout. The post card makes it appear the consumer has won a significant prize.
The
composition and layout of advertisements should be such as to minimize the
possibility of misunderstanding by the reader.
Despite written requests, as of October 26, 2021, BBB has not received Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Spokane’s written assurance they will modify the promotional mailer.
