I have returned five pairs of shoes in the same box in their original packaging. Three pairs were returned. Two pairs were not returned - and I was charged for them! The unreturned pairs could not be lost in the mail - they did receive entire box, since other pairs were processed as returned.I am devastated and so upset. I don't want to pay for something that I do not have - I have sent it back! I don't know what to do and how to convince Nordstrom that I have returned everything!Review from Ashlee M.

I purchased earrings and a purse on 11/26/21. The post was bent to an L shape on the one earring. I contacted CS via phone that evening. The said Id get a replacement pair. I called 11/27 because I wanted to see if I had to do anything else since the cs representative was so vague the night before. I was told no charge, a free replacement, and I received an order confirmation for the free replacement. 10 minutes later, I received a canceled order email for this free replacements. I cs chat told me Id have to place a new order! What!?? Oh, and they charged my card without my permission for those free replacements. So now I have a charge x2, no earrings, and 5 different answers from cs agents that dont care about customer service. Ill never shop here again.Review from GGY

I shop from the Rack and Nordstrom ALL THE ****** Literally spend thousands of dollars annually. I bought a Dyson airwrap that was about $500.. due to the pandemic and just all over madness I didn't get to try it within 45 days and when I did, I realized it didn't do what it was supposed to! Reached out to customer support and they just flat out denied me. I tried to explain that it was defective then she says oh, you used the product, so there is another reason why we cannot take it back. MADNESS. Sooo freaken disappointing to be treated this way. I ordered shoes and received the wrong size. The only solution they had available was to send them back and to repurchase a new pair. I repuhased a new pair and they sent me one with a sensor tag still attached in the leather.who does that !!! ****** shoe with a hole in them . No compensation I have to send them back again. I'm done two weeks of heck dealing with them and shoes.Review from Anthea K

Wow, I never know a big retailer like Nordstrom will be so unscrupulous in the way they do business.During Black Friday 2021, I ordered a couple of items on Nordstrom rack online. On 12/1 I received an email telling me one of the item has been cancelled because they are out of stock. I went back online to check, the item is available online but at least 50% more in price.I asked the customer service if they are able to honor the original price. Look at our convo...This interaction tells alot about how Nordstrom earns their money.10:51 am there is an item that has been cancelled.I see it being available for purchase on the website but at a higher price. that is not right 10:52 am Please allow me one moment while I look into this for you! Thank you for your patience.I see the status of your order and the item was cancelled because the Merchandise was not available. I ordered 1 item on 11/12/21 and received it on 11/16/21. Since then I have been bombarded every day with emails stating the following: Sorry to make you wait Unfortunately, your package has been delayed. We appreciate your patience. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 30 days of when the item shipped to resolve the issue". I called customer service 4 times and get the same response .... we will correct the problem. Nothing has been done. I am frustrated with the whole situation. **************** representatives are indifferent and response with a script they must read from. It is evident Nordstrom doesn't get online shopping. I'm not surprised that many of their stores are closing. The one I live near to closed. Not surprised.Review from Corron W.

I recently made a purchase through Nordstrom as I typically do during holiday season. This time I ordered a jacket and I never ended up getting it. After a bit of research I realized it was delivered to a different address then the one I had given. I contacted Nordstrom and they best they could say was it says delivered go make a police report. Im left coat less and lost my money because they want to deliver to the wrong address and blame me instead of replacing my coat.Review from Melissa N

I spent $400 on multiple items, and sent two back due to size issues. I even repurchased one item in a larger sized while I awaited the refund. Well, both Nordstrom and the tracking number confirmed they received the items back, but after WEEKS of contact Ming Nordstrom asking about my refund, they said Though the tracking does tell us when a package was delivered it does not tell us what the package contained. And are not refunding me. Um WHAT? You lost the items I returned so you are keeping my money?! What a scam and how is this legal?! SHOP ELSEWHERE.Review from Julissa S

This was my first and last time ordering from Nordstrom online. I ordered 3 items on November that were sent in 2 shipments. The first shipment was through ontrac and that only updated when a label was created. The second shipment was sent through **** and I received that 3 days later. To this day, ontrac claims to never have received my order. I called Nordstrom at least 6 times and each time their story changed on when I would get a refund and when I would get my package. They have very misleading and unethical practices and I'm blown away by how incompetent they are. I should have known they were going under because that makes people do very shady things to keep them from refunding customers. I will post this on every review site online. Stay away from this business!!! Amazon and ****** are more reliable.
