Pattern of Complaints
On December 4, 2020, BBB recognized complaints from consumers regarding customer service, product, and delivery issues. Consumers allege this business has no follow through after orders are placed and does not respond after multiple attempts to contact them by email or through social media. There have also been reports that this business blocks them from social media sights after inquiries have been made about orders and/or obtaining refunds. Consumers further allege that finished drawings are of extremely terrible quality, look nothing like examples that are sent to duplicate or like the portraits that are advertised on company’s social media. In addition, consumers allege that orders are not shipped when stated or not being received at all.
On December 14, 2020, BBB notified Bobby's Drawings of the complaint pattern. To date, the company has not responded to BBB's request to address the pattern.
