On August 18, 2022 Rudolph Eli Long entered into a Consent Order with the Commonwealth of Virginia Board for Asbestos, Lead, and Home Inspectors.
Based on the investigation of this matter, the Board finds reason to believe that Rudolph Eli Long violated the following:
1. Conducting a home inspection on any new residential structure without the NRS specialty issued by the Board
Rudolph Eli Long acknowledges an understanding of the charges and admits to the violations.
