A Better Business Bureau investigation revealed that Fallopian Tube Formula has a 2022 business license under the name VitaLife Healing, LLC according to the Commissioner of Revenue for Norfolk, Virginia. As of the date of this Business Profile, an Internet search of the company, principal, and address revealed questionable websites but no customer reviews have been found on the company nor principal. During an Internet investigation on the company's addresses, two different address were found, one revealed it belongs to a private residence while the other revealed it to be a retail outlet. According to the company's website, they allege that they can assist women with infertility. Using their products, supplements and videos can assist a women with repair damage done to their fallopian tubes without having to undergo surgery or IVF to become pregnant.
On December 27, 2021 the company was sent an investigation letter requesting basic and additional information about the company's nature of business along with the following requested information regarding copies of all licensing/registration in the state of Virginia (non-business license), current marketing materials, FDA compliance or medical compliance documentation, limitations or qualifications that would make a consumers ineligible for the services provided by Fallopian Tube Formula, How often does a consumer need to take/apply treatment, any additional fees associated with the program, calculation and disclosure of additional fees?
On January 6, 2022, Fallopian Tube Formula updated their information via a link that was provided in the investigation, however the company has chosen not provide the additional information at this time.
