In December 2018 BBB investigated Caysland Construction also doing business as Caysland Pools & Concrete business practices. This investigation was prompted by a pattern of consumer complaints alleging, incomplete work and repairs prompting requests for refunds or work and repairs to be completed. During the Investigation it was revealed Caysland Construction also doing business as Caysland Pools & Concrete that Caysland Construction had a 2018 business license according to the Commissioner of Revenue for Chesapeake, Virginia. An Internet search of the company, principal, and address revealed no adverse information about the company and the address on file with BBB was revealed to be for a private residence.
