          On June 24, 2021 BBB contacted Auto World of Big Stone Gap, Inc. regarding their website, www.autoworldbigstngap.com, which makes the claim “AutoWorld is voted ‘Best of the Best’ New and Used Car Dealer”.  BBB requested substantiation of who voted Auto World “Best of the Best”.  

          To date, the business has not responded and the website remains unchanged.
