Refund and Exchange Policy
OurSatisfaction Guarantee
At Fast Caskets we take pride in our customer satisfaction trackrecord and we offer a Guarantee for all casket orders. When you place an orderwe will begin working immediately to determine availability for your area forthe best delivery options possible.
We can guarantee delivery of your casket order to within 25 milesof most major cities in the U.S. and your order will show up on time and intact(see our casket shipping policy). If for any reason you are dissatisfied withyour order placement Fast Caskets will work with you to remedy the situation.
FastCaskets.com is not liable and shall be held harmless for anyshipment delays due to inclement weather, acts of God, acts of war,governmental action, work stoppages, cargo refusal and/or carrier delays.
Casket Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Fast Caskets can work with you to make sure you get exactly thecasket you are looking for. If you would like to exchange your casket order fora different model you will need to do so before it leaves our warehouse toavoid re-stocking fees and all shipping and handling charges incurred.
If after you receive your order and you would like to return,exchange, or cancel it for any reason, you may do so (provided there is nodamage). Please contact our customer support team to discuss youroptions. If this is a cancellation, please send us a cancellation letterto orders@fastcaskets.com. You will be charged the shipping and handlingcosts to the agreed upon ship-to location, a $550.00 cost for the returnshipment, plus a 25% restocking fee of the original invoice amount. Upon receiving the product back to ourwarehouse location, Fast Caskets will refund your initial down payment less anyapplicable return and restocking fees within 7-10 business days. All returns must be shipped and arrive toFast Caskets no later than 20 from the cancellation letter date initiated. Any returns beyond 20 days, WILL NOT beaccepted.
In the event that a chargeback is filed on your purchase, a 10 dayreturn period of the product will be initiated. If the product is not received within 10 days of the filed chargeback,an 18% daily interest fee of the total purchase amount will take effect. If the casket is not received within 30 days,Fast Caskets will deem the product as stolen and will pursue and prosecute theclient criminally for theft.
If you refuse acceptance of product and have the casket sent backto us without sending us a cancellation email, we will charge you a 25% restockfee, shipping and handling costs to ship the product to you and then $550.00 toship it back to us.
We cannot return custom orders such as head panels or custompainted or printed caskets as they are one off and made for a specific person. All sales are final on custom orders. We also cannot return,cancel, or exchange “Clearance” items. They are sold as is. We also cannot accept a used casket. By law if a body has been placed in a casketfor any amount of time, it is considered used and cannot be returned for anyreason.
All refunds due will be processed within 7 to 10 business daysonce we receive your product (provided there is no damage).
If your product is delivered with damage, please sign the deliveryreceipt marked “damaged” and then inform us and will work out the best remedyto fix the problem.
